Observing the Turkel Commission

In May 2010 a flotilla of ships sailed from Turkey and attempted to run through Israel’s naval blockade and land in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli military stopped them and violence ensued on the MV Mavi Marmara. Following international pressure, Israel set up the Turkel Commission of inquiry. Monique Edwards speaks with Professor Tim McCormack about his experiences observing the Commission and his recent position with the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
